Built in collaboration with Dondlinger Construction and our engineering team, the new corporate offices for Wichita Concrete Pipe in North Wichita stand as a bold, modern testament to the beauty of industrial materials. Designed to showcase the client’s own manufacturing capabilities, the building features an intricate precast concrete facade achieved with just three cost-efficient panel forms.

Inside, the structure balances a clean industrial aesthetic with welcoming warmth. The layout features daylit engineering workspaces, a client conference room with decorative concrete ceiling panels, and specialized sound control to soften the concrete finishes. Prioritizing both safety and community, the building includes a large training room that doubles as a reinforced storm shelter, alongside premium employee amenities like a break room and BBQ patio designed for hosting events. By embedding lighting, mechanical, and electrical systems directly into the insulated panels, Agora delivered a seamless, high-performance building where structure and finish are one and the same.
